Payment/Deposits/Returns/Cancellations

At Bodyrock Sculptures we are confident that you will be impressed with our service.

All moulds and lifecasts will remain the soul property of ‘Bodyrock Sculptures’. The lifecasts themselves will become the property of the customer once full payment has been received.

The customer will not receive any lifecast until the full payment has been handed over.

Any goods that are priced above £300 will require a fifty percent deposit as a show of good will. The Balance payment will be paid upon delivery of the life cast.

Cancellation on goods that exceed £300 will result in the deposit being forfeited if production has already begun on the goods. This is to cover materials and labour.

Returns will only be accepted if there is a substantial fault in the lifecast and a replacement will be offered. Minor faults will not be covered, for further information please read the next section on ‘The Process of Producing Lifecasts’. Should this prove unacceptable a partial or full refund would only happen at the discrepancy of Bodyrock Sculptures.

The Process of Producing Lifecasts

A lot of time and effort goes into producing and manufacturing the lifecasts.

Please take note that all body casts are subject to minor air bubbles or slight variations in colour. This is perfectly natural and trying to achieve a perfect lifecast without any of these imperfections would be virtually impossible

This is not regarded as a reason for cancellation or return as this is a natural result in body casting.

Gift Vouchers

All Bodyrock Sculpture Gift Vouchers can be used as cash towards paying for goods. The vouchers being used however can only be equal to or less than the total price and value of the lifecast. The Balance to then be paid by cheque or cash. No change will be given out in the use of gift vouchers.

Discounts

A 10% discount charge will apply in two different circumstances

1. The customer has a child aged between 1 - 24 months old that has already bought one set of hands or feet at full price but decides to order additional copies in either the same design or a different one using the free silicone moulds that were produced at the time of manufacturing. A 10% discount on these additional sets will apply. Please note that this does not apply in a family group special pose.
   
   
2. The customer has requested at the time of producing the original mould a request to order additional sets. They would pay for their original set at full price with any additional sets then being given a 10% discount.
   
   
3. Please note - we do not produce silicone moulds for anyone aged 25 months or above that.

Delivery

We endeavour to have all our lifecasts manufactured on a 5-6 week delivery although this is subject to change. We would advise customers to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

All lifecasts are hand delivered where possible to avoid any damage in transit. If you live outside the 15 mile radius a courier delivery can be arranged at the customers own risk if they are unable to collect themselves. Full Payment of the goods must be paid first before dispatch by the courier company.
